Fortune restaurant kicked off a great introduction to its new evening happy hour with free dim sum and Bacardi Dragon Berry. "Dim sum is like Chinese tapas," said Fortune owner Pat Lee, commenting on how the popular finger food lends itself to happy hour noshing. It looks like there is a new great after work option for the North Austin crowd.
